RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days of the invoice date. All items must be unused and accompanied with invoice. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packing. Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them. This would prevent the resale of the shoe. (To avoid damaged shoeboxes wrap boxes before shipping.) Once shoes or clothing have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged. All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition. Remember, no skateboard deck is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged. SELECT DISTRIBUTION is not responsible for actual deck dimensions. All returns and exchanges will receive prompt attention, and we will make every effort to expedite the handling of your return request. SELECT DISTRIBUTION will only reimburse shipping charges on items declared defective (up to $9.00) Customers will be charged for additional shipping on exchanges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Question: I don't see an order button on the item page. Can I still order the item. Answer: If an item is out of stock you will not see an order button on the items page. If you would like to know when the item will be in stock again you can e-mail a stock request to info@draven.com

Occasionally items available online may not be available at the time your order is placed. If an item is not available we will attempt to contact you by phone and/or e-mail. If we do not receive a response within two weeks we will ship your order with the available items if we have over sixty percent of your order in stock. If we do not have over sixty percent of your order in stock and we do not receive a response within two weeks your order will be cancelled.
